Wishing you a joyous 2024 and reflecting on the year 2023 and our accomplishments thus far

Hey there! 

As we gear up to welcome 2024 with open arms, we wish you a very happy new year. We wish you and your family excellent health, happiness, new experiences, and opportunities in the coming year of 2024.

Moreover, we would like to take a moment to reflect on all the amazing things we achieved in 2023. It's been a year of growth and progress from overcoming challenges to reaching new heights. Therefore, let's reflect on our journey and celebrate our accomplishments together! 

The subsequent enumeration details our key accomplishments since our inception in March 2023.

  1. We finalized the website development.
  2. We have increased in numbers. Thank you all for your support. 
  3. We have established a research collaboration with ShodhGuru Innovation and Research Labs, India. Additionally, another international memorandum of understanding (MOU) is in progress.
  4. Our team members have participated (online + in person) in 3+ international events representing CAIR-Nepal. Some of the events are:

     b. Knowledge Graph and Semantic Web Conference 2023 Winter School on KGs and LLMs: Bridging the Gap, Spain 

     c. 2023 IEEE 34th International Symposium on Software Reliability Engineering (ISSRE), Italy

  5. Our team members have published three publications, two in SCI-indexed journal publications and one conference publication.
  6. CAIR-Nepal collaborated with Bright Future Secondary School to organize an educational event to foster youth understanding regarding artificial intelligence (AI).
  7. CAIR-Nepal team members participated in an AI digest podcast hosted by the AI community SWARM.
